Troy Boy 15 Electrocuted by High Tower Incident
A 15 year old Troy boy Myroslaw Judka son of Mr and Mrs Stefan Judka of 14 Cottage St was electrocuted after climbing a high tower at Rye Field off Stow Avenue and toppling to ground. Companions Thomas Keville Healey and Michael Haight witnessed the event and described the fall from 75 to 100 feet after the boy removed bulbs from the tower. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Samaritan Hospital after last rites from Rev John McNamara.
