Tripoli grade school plans its annual program A Christmas Carol Pageant on Wednesday December 7 at 7 30 p m in the school gym directed by Janice Garrison the event includes all grades from kindergarten through eighth with three episodes and carols led by each grade and a joint performance of Silent Night The First Noel and Oh Come All Ye Faithful inviting parents and friends to attend.

Readlyn Student Mil ton Happel Injured in Wisconsin Crash
Pfe Milton Happel son of Mr and Mrs Victor Happel Readlyn was injured in a traffic accident near Wausau Wisconsin Saturday. His car overturned on the pavement and was hit by an oncoming car. Happel remained hospitalized until Monday with a slight back injury and is convalescing at relatives in Wausau. Passengers Kimm Elhose and Allan Elhose of Waterloo were scratched and bruised. Happel's 1954 Plymouth was demolished and he was to report to Fort Sill Oklahoma Friday after a 10 day furlough.
