Tripoli High School track team opened with Fayette 53 39 here last Friday then won a triangular meet against Janesville and Plainfield on Tuesday scoring first in six of ten events. Arthur Hunemuller of Denver died unexpectedly of a heart attack at his home Tuesday evening. He was 62 and born September 16, 1893 south of Tripoli. Survived by wife Francie a daughter Melva a sister and a brother a complete obituary will be printed next week. Funeral services set for Saturday at 1 49 p m and 2 p m at local churches.

30 Children to Enter Kindergarten Next School Year
In Tripoli Community School district 41 kindergarten age children were registered. About 30 will attend town schools next year while 11 rural youngsters enroll in rural programs. Twenty six live in town, four will study rurally. registrations were by Mrs. Helen Bunger and county nurse Mrs. Keith Carroll. Children must be five by November 15 to start kindergarten.

VFW Auxiliary Installs Officers at Tuesday Meeting
New officers were installed at the regular VFW Auxiliary meeting held Tuesday night at the home. Petition by Youths for Movies Skating to Commercial Club
Tripoli Commercial club met at Grace Lutheran church parish hall with 32 present. Robert Dreyer showed travel slides to the United States Canada and Cuba. A petition from 150 youngsters asked the club to sponsor reopening of the theatre or installation of a roller skating rink. A committee including Harry Buhr Robert Dreyer and G R Rettig was formed to study options. Plans were discussed for an all night party for Tripoli High juniors and seniors with chaperones. Next meeting of the Greater Bremer County Committee was set for Monday at Waverly.
