Fall Festival Weekend Schedule at Tri State
The Fall Festival opens at 4 p.m. with a freshman meeting near Platt Hall and ends with awards at 11 p.m. A scavenger hunt starts Saturday at 11 a.m. from the faculty parking lot, a parade at 1 p.m. on West Maumee, and a bed race at Legion Field at 3:30 p.m. Sunday includes the dedication of John G Best Hall of Science and a Fall Festival Dance at the Armory.

All organizations must submit membership lists new service form and Constitution and By Laws to the Dean of Students immediately.
Pre-Registration Schedule Announced
Dates for Pre-registration run November 6 through 10. Forms are available November 3 on the Administration Building first floor with names and IDs pre-printed. Department chairs and advisors will post interview times as needed, and advisors will hold forms for registrar processing. Winter Quarter schedule to appear November 3 in Tri Angle. First choice courses offered if possible, otherwise second choice may be needed.

Parking Regulations Expand At Tri State Campus
Parking spaces doubled with two sticker classes for dorm residents and non dorm drivers. Dorm areas behind the dorms and near tennis courts. non dorms across Darling Street and behind Maintenance Huts. Engineering and faculty areas behind Campus Cafeteria and near Science Building. New fines start at 1 dollar to 10 dollars with disciplinary action for repeat offenses and doubled fines after 48 hours.

ASCE Meeting Features Indiana Aeronautics Officials
Mr. Robert J. Winter director of Indiana Aeronautics Commission spoke on airport planning and construction with Mr. Larry D. Creakbaum. Art Exhibits Planned on Campus by Fine Arts Committee
A six exhibit series on the campus is planned with Ray Condon coordinating. His show opens Saturday October 28 and runs through Sunday November 5 in John G Best Hall of Science. The display includes about 50 paintings by Condon, associate professor in English and Humanities.
