Milwauck, Wis April 19 There is no change in the street car strike situation. Officials of the road held a morning conference with the men and will meet again this afternoon. No concessions have been made by either side. President Cromwell of the street railway company is in secret talks with several gentlemen in the United States courtroom and it is said the company may seek an injunction.
