Annual TB Skin Test to be Given Tuesday Sept 26
The annual tuberculosis skin testing program will be conducted at Thomson School on Tuesday Sept 26. The Mantoux test will be administered by local physicians at no cost, with results read after three days and follow up chest X rays advised if positive. Parental consent forms were distributed to students earlier.

Demonstration of New Tree Digger at Timber Lake Nursery

World Traveler Fred Nipe Heads for Expo 67 Tour
Fred Nipe of Mount Carroll Illinois left Chicago on Wednesday September 20 for a ten day tour and cruise to Expo 67 in Montreal. The trip includes Henry Ford Museum Niagara Falls and Expo 67 with travel by bus ship and rail via the St Lawrence Seaway. Nipe 78 has taken 26 Prairie Farmer No-Worry Tours since 1949 and values water travel for its freedom and scenery.
