Three Savannans plead guilty on liquor charges in Carroll County
Three Savannah residents pled guilty September 5 in Carroll County Circuit Court to liquor offenses. Marsha Cook, 20, Jacqueline Mills, 19, and Terry Pazour, 18, were fined $100 plus $15 costs for minor possession. Pazour also paid $50 plus $15 costs for transporting liquor with the seal broken. They were arrested August 10 by state trooper David Reed on Zion Road about one mile west of Route 78.
