Carroll County Board Sees New Supervisors and Highway Plan
April 22 1969 Mt Carroll Illinois. The Carroll County Board convened with new supervisors seated and J Woessner nominating Kessler for Chairman who was unanimously elected. Bills paid in vacation were approved and a road improvement plan funded with 87000.09 from Motor Fuel Tax funds was adopted along with a 2000 aid petition for a structure over Eagle Creek. Welfare committee replacements were announced and map marking compensation referred to the Tax Committee.
