Thomson Consider Unit District For Thomson Schools

County Superintendent Gordon Hansen told Thomson grade and high school boards a unit district is almost a necessity. A 7 member board and one administrator could govern both schools with a 6 6 plan. The move could boost state aid by about 12000 and reduce costs through shared supplies and operations. Boards formed committees to study feasibility with a potential general election if pursued.
