Mrs. C. A. Tobey, 75, died Monday afternoon at her home four miles north of Princeton Iowa. Funeral services were held Thursday at the Bragonier-Fay chapel Clinton with Rev. Edward Mohr officiating. Burial in Prairie Union Cemetery near Low Moor. She was born Jan 30 1887 at Low Moor daughter of Cyrenus and Charlotte J. Taylor Pelham. She married Clair Tobey April 10 1906. they observed 55th wedding anniversary last April. Survived by two sons Howard DeWitt and Clyde O Princeton two daughters Pearl Erling Long Grove and Ruby Hein Clinton ten grandchildren six great grandchildren one brother Dean. Parent-Teacher Conference Set For March 7
The Thomson Community Consolidated Grade School will hold its annual parent teacher conference on March 7. Students will be dismissed at 2 30 p m and buses will transport them home. Parents attend only during their assigned period and should arrive at least ten minutes early. Each conference period lasts 15 minutes and no extra help is requested beyond the allotted time. After conferences, attendees may visit the cafeteria for coffee.

The fourth annual Future Farmers of America Parent-Son Banquet was held February 20 in the school cafeteria. Attendees included FFA members parents faculty and school board members.
