Carroll County Supervisors Elect Kingery Chairman 1941
Carroll County Illinois held a special April 15 1941 meeting at the Mount Carroll courthouse. Charles E Kingery was elected chairman by acclamation after nominations. New supervisors were seated and routine bills and resolutions were approved including right of way for State Bond Issue Route 27, grand jury designations, and a 4000 4 H club funding request.
