A satire describing a “shiek” as a man with slick hair full pants and empty pockets who outstays a city judge and claims sole status as the original Women’s Home Companion. It notes his education is rare. he attends parties with free offerings and may woo but not commit, while his usefulness is likened to a refrigerator to an Eskimo.
