F. F. A. Boys Take School Trip To St Louis
Eighteen members of the Thomson chapter of the Future Farmers of America and two adults traveled by bus May 19 and 20 to St. Louis Missouri. They toured the Ford Motor Company plant and Ralston Purina Research Farm and stayed Friday night at the Desoto Hotel. The trip covered thirty seven miles to the Purina farm with travel back arriving at their desks by 4:30 a.m. Sunday. The group thanked instructor Wm Gengenbach and bus driver Melvin Marshall for the educational excursion.
