Third Carroll County Music Festival Set For May 16
Friday May 16 has been chosen for the third annual Carroll County Music Festival to be held in the Mt Carroll high school building. John Hinners of Milledgeville High School is general chairman with help from county music instructors. About 500 voices will sing in choruses and 300 players will perform in the bands. Winter Weather Returns with Snow and Cold
