Carroll County board reviews multiple funds including Institute Fund and Tuberculosis Sanitarium Fund with December 1 1940 balances and disbursements. A Grand Jury report on the County Jail is accepted, bond approvals for the County Collector are noted, and a three day notice for marriage licenses is repealed. Claims for transient relief including Savanna Hospital and Savanna Times Journal are approved with reduced publication cost.
