Thomson Briefs Christmas Guests Visit Local Families
Miss Evelyn Halm of Chicago will travel Friday to visit over Christmas with her parents Mr and Mrs Rudolph Holn at Argo. Other guests at their home on Christmas will be Mr and Mrs Wilt Holm and Mr and Mrs Fred Peters and family. Louis Strauch visited several days this week with his son Calvin. Christmas guests in the Chas e Ginty home will be their sons from Champaign and Carroll from Rockford with Mr and Mrs Emer in McGinty and son Thomas from Aberdeen South Dakota. Mr and Mrs Claude Grim and children were supper guests last Thursday in Clinton. Mrs Harry Evans of Clinton visited Monday with her sister Mrs L S Sears. Mrs Robert Herrity, also of Clinton, was a weekend visitor in the Sears home. Stacy Potter returned to Thom son Tuesday after spending several weeks in San Pedro California visiting Gilbert Holland and Donald Enmnett. Mr and Mrs Gornelius Nordhoff visited Sunday with her grandparents Mr and Mrs Dave Sturtevant to Shannon.
