Local Hospital Admissions and Discharges Report
Sick Paul Petrait fell ill while caroling Saturday evening and was taken to Savanna Hospital, discharged Tuesday. Joseph French, son of Mr and Mrs Allen French, stayed overnight at Mercy Hospital. Clinton William Weed, 2, admitted to Mercy Hospital as medical patient. Gerry Smith discharged Tuesday from Janean hospital Clinton where she had been medical patient. Joe Stutters had surgery Monday at Mercy Hospital Clinton. Steven Marken, son of Mr and Mrs Gene Marken, admitted Monday to Illinois Research Hospital Chicago. Mrs Frank Potter discharged from Savanna City hospital and convalescing at son's home.

After the FTA meeting the Science Club and FTA held a joint Christmas party in the high school gym. They played games danced to records and enjoyed punch cookies and candy.
