Mr and Mrs Claude Grim of Thomson celebrate 50 years with an open house at York Community Church on Sunday December 28 from 2 to 4 pm. They were married December 24, 1919 by Rev C H Wells near Thomson. They lived on a farm southeast of Thomson and have four children Lester Washington Iowa Leslie Argo Fay Lola Koh Thomson Larry Camanche Iowa and a foster granddaughter Linda Rice Skimhorn. They have 11 grandchildren one great grandchild and three foster grandchildren. A family dinner follows the reception and gifts are not requested.
