Goley I yus accused of murdering Town Marshal Algek Godwin and his brother Jeff Godwin of Cairo. Tyus captured in Jacksonville admitted shooting Jeff but denied killing the marshal. Walker said to be Tyus accomplice was left at the jail. both to be tried at the October term of the superior court in Savannah.
