North Georgia Methodists Open Annual Meet
Delegates to the North Georgia Methodist Conference begin their annual session facing a dispute over the sale of Wesley Memorial Methodist Church in Atlanta which has served as conference headquarters. A court injunction blocks the sale while a hearing and memorial service for deceased ministers and their wives are scheduled, with pastoral appointments to be announced at noon Friday.
