Veteran Deserion Charge Dismissed For Putnam Soldier
Fran cis M Masterson a disabled veteran of the 101st infantry from Putnam street had desertion and O L L charges dismissed by an army court martial at the 1st Corps Area due to the statute of limitations. He received an honorable discharge on Tuesday at Fort Banks after the acquittal.
