Baby Show Will Be Howling Success at Winthrop Hospital
More than 300 Winthrop Community Hospital babies are registered for the Baby Show in the Junior High School hall this Saturday at 3 o clock. The show opens at 2 but mothers are asked to arrive early so judging can begin promptly at 2. Entrance is on School street off Hermon between the High School and the Unitarian Church. Mrs. Alice S. Farquhar chairs the Baby Show Committee.

Three Injured In Automobile Crash At Bartlett Road Intersection
Richardson's Radio Shop truck driven by Robert L. Chaney traveling west on Pleasant street collided with Otis S. Rawdine's Dodge sedan coming east on Bartlett road near eight Saturday evening. The impact overturned the sedan injuring three occupants. two treated by Dr. Layton and one by Dr. Mahoney at Community Hospital. The sedan suffered extensive damage including a broken left rear wheel and shattered windows.
