Mon key Trial and Faith Defender in Dayton musings
A column details Bill Bryan’s Ellerbe era deeking as defender of faith amid prohibition talk. The piece riffs on evolution, science, and biblical creation, with jokes about Ida Claire and Eva Lution, plus notes on hospital plans at Winthrop and military training camps. It closes urging mothers deserve real vacations and promotes local events at Cottage Park Yacht Club Carnival and Elks Circus.
