Lt. George Bonzagni of Melrose was killed last week when his plane crashed near Florence South Carolina. A longtime Winthrop resident he was the nephew of Anthony Bonzagni Pleasant and Mrs. Lillian A Farrand Wilshire Street Winthrop. Funeral services were held Wednesday at his Melrose home.
