Guthrie Oklahoma October 15 The supreme court heard arguments in the Ryan Waurika county seat case now before the court on rehearing. At the first hearing the case was decided in favor of Waurika. Rehearings were granted today in the Gulf Pipe Line Company versus Vanderberg and Jessie Thomas versus Thomas cases. The latter involved a Muskogee property deeded by Judge J R Thomas to his young wife with a deed voided by lack of wifely duty. Several Indian land tax cases were dismissed on motion.

Hunter's Bullet Struck Engineer In Lacrosse Incident
