Mortimer creator Dennis Ward plans book and web syndication
Dennis Ward, a Front Royal artist, explains his self published Mortimer comic strip, its devilish yet humorous premise, and aims to grow a market for books, prints, and merchandise. He notes Sara as the straight man, his goals of weekly publishing, and future plans including trade shows and self distribution. Ward discusses balancing a Verizon sales job and family life while pursuing art.
