Lost rings recovered after dump rescue in Front Royal
Melanie Mullinax realized her three sentimental rings were on a tissue she discarded. At the Warren County Transfer Station a dump crew located the tissue and recovered the rings within minutes. Attendants Ja son Huffman John Bell Bobby Cook and manager Jamie Lentz aided the rescue and Mullinax praised the community effort.

Shenandoah National Park staff say peak color dates vary by location along Skyline Drive and depend on environmental factors. heavy rain can hasten leaf fall.
