Indicted Front Royal man faces murder charge in 2014 cabdriver slaying
Warren County grand jury handed up a second degree murder indictment against Clay Marshall Curtis, 62, in the Dec 9 2014 killing of Simon Funk 42 of Front Royal. Curtis also faces charges of attempted murder possession of a firearm by a felon and firing a gun during a felony. Curtis was in custody at the regional jail as of Monday and faces more indictments including larceny and drug offenses from Oct 5.

Warren County Court holds upgrades estimated at near 150000 will move inmate intake to the opposite side of the former jail building on Jackson Street.
