Warren County planners back rentals retreats and campsites
Warren County Planning Commission approved multiple permit requests for tourist rentals and related uses. Actions include conditional and special-use permits for several properties in Fork Shenandoah Happy Creek and South River districts, with added conditions banning outdoor burning and fireworks. The panel also backed zoning text amendments for exempt poultry abattoirs and data centers, plus consent for hearings on short-term rentals, private camping, bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, a retreat center, and data center provisions.
