Student sprayed during school attack leads to arrest
A male Warren County High School student used a commercially available self defense spray to assault a female student and a female teacher during a 1:30 p.m. fight. The male fled, was detained nearby, and charged with one count assault and battery two counts assault and battery with a caustic substance and one count disorderly conduct. Victims treated and released.

Young Australian envoys attend Montes sori Model United Nations

Police station cost estimate shown lower for Kendrick Lane project
Moseley Architects presented Front Royal council with a revised cost for the Kendrick Lane police station at 9.307 million dollars down from 9.326 million previously. Moseley Architects submitted comments to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and, after approval, the project will proceed to planning review then bidding. Current schedule lists April 17 bids advertised and May 18 bids received, site work starting June 14, and July 2018 occupancy for the police department.
