Former Skyline teacher case certified for grand jury

A former Skyline High School teacher faces two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial relationship as Warren County Circuit Court grand jury weighs indictments. Steven Bretsch, arrested March 7, had two charges certified for the grand jury while two were dismissed. Bond set at 10000, he was released March 10 and has relocated to Virginia Beach. A plea hearing is set for July 17 in Warren County Circuit Court.
