Afton Inn swap eyed with town Town Hall plans in view
Front Royal officials and the EDA pursue a swap of the Afton Inn for the former Town Hall after years of talks. The deal includes covenants to maintain exterior appearance and a right of first refusal to repurchase Town Hall if sold. A public hearing is set for January 27 at 7 p.m. at the Warren County Government Center.
