Warren County announces Phase IV of the Old Oak Lane improvement project is underway with a half mile of road closed for about six months. Detours around the site use Venus Branch or Old Oregon Road while Director Mike Berry aims to finish by early June within budget, weather permitting.

The Planning Commission endorsed plans for a recovery lodging house at 501 S. Royal Ave, eight townhomes via rezoning 29 W. Duck St, and an events center by rezoning 1121 1125 1135 John Marshall Hwy to community business. The Warren Coalition seeks the lodging house permit. parking rules may allow gravel under 4,500 sq ft. The Landing serves men.
