ITFederal loan repayment ends town aid to project
The Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority repaid the town’s $10 million short term loan after securing financing for ITFederal LLC. The $40 million data center will be built on Lot 6 of the Royal Phoenix site, with about 600 jobs expected. ITFederal plans early next year construction at the 117 acre EPA Superfund site, preserving most of the 433 acres as green space.
