Investigators in Rappahannock County are piecing together the December 15 fatal shooting of Brittney Koster in Woodbridge by David Williams. Incoming Warren County officials take oaths

Three charged in town drug bust
Front Royal officers and probation staff executed a drug bust December 15 at an East Criser Road apartment. Arrested were Robert Hall Fletcher 28 Jeremie Delton Robinson 29 and Chelsea Jade Wines 24. Officers found heroin and crack cocaine along with paraphernalia and packaging materials. Fletcher and Wines faced heroin possession with intent to distribute charges, Robinson charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
