Warren County and Front Royal offices shut today and Friday for Christmas Eve and Christmas, with New Year’s Day closures noted. Trash and recycling schedules shift earlier this week, yard waste and leaves not collected Wednesday, and Friday’s pickup moved to Wednesday. Christmas trees collected on January 13 and 20. trees must be curbside, private-property collection prohibited, ornaments and stands removed. Community Center at 538 Villa Ave closes 11:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.
