A general wellness panel including a complete blood count will be available at the Community Safety and Wellness Expo at Warren County High School this Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon, hosted by Warren Memorial Hospital.
FRONT ROYAL The Town Finance Department reopened Wednesday after a two day closure for system server maintenance. The town's utility payment website is back online and no late fees will be charged for bills due Monday or Tuesday per Town Manager Steven Burke.
Front Royal council approves plan to restructure the Finance Department. The risk manager becomes risk and personnel manager, with duties in risk management payroll and human resources. One analyst position is eliminated while two account technician roles are created. Several positions renamed to reflect duties. Expected saving about $60 000, town manager Steven Burke says.
April schedule lists Front Royal Town Council work session April 18 at 7 p.m. in the Town Administration Building and a Warren County Board of Supervisors meeting April 19 at 7 p.m. at the Government Center plus related planning and liaison committee meetings through April 25.
