Verona School Roof and Elections Board Actions
The board approved a contract for chain flag pole ropes at three schools for 85 dollars and appointed Savino T. Bonino and Mrs. Joseph Desonia to the Election Board for the July 9 1934 meeting. They instructed the school attorney to prepare resolutions for the same date and accepted several job applications. They approved insulation work on Verona School roof for 861 dollars and decided to keep N A Nelson as school architect for roof plans. Salaries were set per the schedule, and Rudolph F. Cloon was appointed to open bids later. The May attendance totaled 1328 and the meeting adjourned at 11 46 p m.
