McNamara dies Thursday at Washington
Wilbur H. McNamara 54 died Thursday evening at Mount Alto Veterans Hospital in Washington D C after four weeks of treatment for high blood pressure. Born November 1892 in Wakefield he served in World War I and held city clerk and accountant roles before moving to federal work. Funeral arrangements pending.
