Shenandoah Telecommunications or Shentel will host a public meeting from 10 am to noon on Saturday November 15 at 249 Eagle Rock Road. The session will explain a proposed 195 foot tower adjacent to East Rockingham High School on Scenic L Farms land and include a balloon fly test to show height to residents.
