Elkton suit against town chief withdrawn in death case
A $5 million wrongful death suit against Elkton town and its former chief of police Richard Pullen was withdrawn at a Rockingham County Circuit Court hearing. The case, tied to the disappearance of Rachel Good who vanished December 18, 2003 and was declared dead in 2010, remains active against former officer Adam Williams, the chief suspect in the investigation.
