Bank robbery suspect nabbed in 16 minutes in Page County

Page County police arrested 60 year old William Lee Arnette of Culpeper for armed bank robbery at Pioneer Bank in Shenandoah. He allegedly threatened staff on Tuesday at 11 17 am and was caught at 11 33 am after a Stanley officer spotted him driving on River Road. The FBI joins the inquiry as witnesses and evidence, including cash, are traced. Arnette is held without bond.
