Voting for colored candidates in 1929 contrived attack

President Hoover Luncheon Waiters at Ohio Valley Dedication

The Hotel Gibson 40 Club and Local 48 of the National Association provided seventy five waiters for President Hoover’s luncheon at the Dedication of the Ohio Valley Improvement. Tivis Johnson and Robert Brady of the Hotel Gibson banquet staff traveled from Cincinnati to Louisville on the U S Steamer Greenbrier.
