Albany UPI reports Kingston will use the $73,606 urban renewal capital grant for its home improvement program. State Housing Commissioner Lee Goodwin said half the funds are paid upon approval of the funding application and the rest after final audits. Albany. IRS district director Donald T Hartley says price lists must be available today to comply with Nixon price freeze guidelines. The freeze base period runs from June 1 to June 8, with the preceding seven day period used if no transactions occurred. All sellers must maintain freeze price lists for goods and services offered.
