The State American Legion will honor Republican Assemblyman Ed Wyn E Mason of the Delaware Schoharie Sullivan district for many years of service in the Legion sponsored Boys State. Announcement came from George A Mead executive director in New York City. Mason, an Army veteran and former commander of Stamford Post 1379, resides in Stamford Delaware County. The Boys State program ran Sunday through Saturday at the State University Agricultural and Technical College at Morrisville.
