Goshen Times Herald Record editor AN Romm urged 13 Orange County Boys State delegates and about 40 parents at a testimonial dinner at the Orange Inn to pursue idealism and trust in government. The youths, chosen by American Legion posts, head to Morrisville for a week of party organization, conventions, and candidate votes. They will join about 1,000 participants in the program started in 1935 to teach government through experience.
