Decoration Day plans at Country Club and society notices
The Country Club entertainment committee outlines Decoration Day events including a Tombstone tournament for men in the morning and a mixed tournament in the afternoon. A children's baseball game and ping pong are planned, with 6:30 dinner and prize awards for golfers. Ladies’ Day opened recently with winners Mrs. Baldwin and Mrs. Rinearson, and next Ladies’ Day moves due to Decoration Day. More society events follow, with visits, theatre and club activities and forthcoming luncheons and musicales.
