Four men descend into Grand Canyon. one falls to death
A party of four travelers from Denver entered Bright Angel Canyon area August 24. About 11 a.m. Ora Keithley ventured down near a 200 foot cliff, yelled, then fell roughly 50 feet to a bench and rolled for hundreds of feet, vanishing from sight. The group could not reach the river below and believed he died. They planned to depart for Missouri on Monday.
