Idaho Proposed Constitutional Amendment on Worker Health and Safety

The Idaho Legislature proposes amending Section 2 of Article 13 to empower laws protecting health and safety of employees in factories smelters mines and ore reduction works. Submittal to electors at the next general election asks voters to approve the amendment.
