Notics in hereby given that at 10 A. M. on the 28th day of December 1009, at May, County of Leurhi, State of Idaho, before Salome Cleveland, proof will be submitted of the completion of works for the diversion of 1.2 cubic feet per second of the waters of Cat creek, and of the application to beneficial use of cold water in accordance with Permit No. 3330. The name and post office address of the person holding said permit is Harry Baten, Goldbarg, Idaho. The works will be completed on the date set for such completion, and the water will be conducted to the place of use. The water is applied to irrigation and domestic purposes, amount applied to beneficial use 1.2 cubic feet per second. The place where said water is used is NE of NW and part NW of NW, Ses. 24, Tp. 12 N, 24K, B. M. The priority date is December 28th, 1907, Jas, Sreruxxeon, Jr, State. First publication Nov. 9th, 1900.
